Return Policy

Non-Swimwear Items

All items are eligible for refund, excluding the shipping cost, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original form and packaging with tags attached. The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expenses to receive their item back, the item will be discarded. 

Swimwear items 

All items are eligible for refund, excluding the shipping cost, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original form and packaging with tags and hygienic liners attached. The items must be unworn, with no stains, damage, or strong odors (including perfume) being emitted from the item. If an item has been determined to be stained, damaged, or have any of the prior issues stated, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expenses to receive their item back, the item will be discarded.

Final Sale Items ($.99)

If a customer attempts to return final sale items, the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their item back, the items will be discarded. 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer exchanges, only returns. If your item is eligible for a return you can return the item and then repurchase another item once your refund has been issued.
